My name is Denise (37), an HR-manager and Tiny house lover with a touch of ADHD sparkle ✨ and a passion for neuroscience!
When I was 16 I struggled a lot with my procrastination, ADHD, and distraction. Later in life, I found ways to turn my challenges into strengths. As a result, I've developed strategies to supercharge my productivity. 🚀 Throughout my journey I've overcome struggles with focus, particularly during high school. I never exercised, ‘hated’ running, and procrastinated on doing my homework. Now people know me as a sportive person with a lot of energy that is super productive. How I did that?
When I had to repeat the 3rd grade I found ways to trick my brain positively.
During my study of Mathematics and HRM, I even discovered more power of my brain and learned how to master productivity. The game changers for me were my minor in neuroscience and several courses in neuroscience for work behavior.
They helped me understand my own mind and the science behind the strategies I developed for myself.
During my time as a remote worker in Portugal, I had the opportunity to implement these strategies even more in my job; as an HR advisor I not only helped employees to successfully integrate after burnout or bore out, but I also managed to plan my day in such a way that I accomplished a lot while still having plenty of free time.
As I continued my journey focussing on happiness at work, people started asking me how I managed my time so effectively. Combining my 10-years HR-expierence and learnings with my profession as an HR advisor; my mission is to share this knowledge, offering tools and strategies to navigate the work landscape more effectively. Improving productivity, reducing procrastination and stress, and fostering well-being are at the core of what I do. I'm excited to share these insights with you and also continue learning from your experiences.
